Also, the student must not have availed any research fellowship earlier.“I have already informed head of all the departments to start inviting application department-wise. A student must have qualified NET/DET and successfully completed PhD biotechnology course work of the university to become eligible for the fellowship. The selected student will have to come to the department regularly,” he added.
