MCTE Commandant Lt Gen Milind N Bhurke and his wife Geetanjali M Bhurke were guests of the occasion. The MCTE , which is alma mater of the signals officers and other ranks, started the celebration on February 10. Lt Gen Bhurke addressed a special Sainik Sammelan at Hermes open air theatre.
