If a product gets hit within no time a copy product surfaces in market letting actual developer lose its identity in absence of IPR.”Industry experts said that with rising awareness, facilitation by government and reforms, ownership for IPR may increase.Kavita Sabarwal, a pharmaceutical manufacturer said, “I have around 2 patent and over 30 trade mark. But tools of IPR are not being extensively used that will double their business benefits.”Trivedi was addressing a seminar on SME listing and Intellectual property rights (IPR) organized by Women Industrial association (WIA) on Saturday.According to experts, from Madhya Pradesh just about 13-14 patents are filled in years.Trivedi said, “SME gets additional power with IPR, as you can retain your ownership in international market without bothering about duplication..
