Operators those operating buses on Indore-Bhopal, Indore-Dewas, Indore-Shajapur, and Indore-Hoshangabad will have to operate their buses from Star Square.Similarly, buses operating on Indore-Ratlam, Indore-Manawar, Indore-Dhar, Indore-Kukshi and Indore-Dhamnod will be shifted to Gangwal bus stand. “We are going to start foundation work of new bus stand at Sarwate. Those operating on Indore-Ujjain, Indore-Kota, Indore-Sanwer and Indore-Aalot routes will be run from Vijay Nagar area.A high tech bus stand facility with capacity to accommodate at least 60 to 70 buses along with segregated entry and exits for buses has been proposed at Sarwate for passengers. Bus operations at the stand have to be restricted for it,” said IMC commissioner Asheesh Singh.He said that all bus operators have been instructed to shift their buses to other areas that have been earmarked for operations of inter-district buses on different routes. “Alternate space has also been provided to avoid any inconvenience to passengers as well as bus operators,” he added.According to IMC’s plan, buses plying on Indore- Khandwa, Indore-Sanawad, Indore-Burhanpur, Indore-Sendhwa, Indore-Barwani routes will be operated from Teen Imli Bus stand..
