Khargone Farmers create ruckus in Sanawad agriculture produce market over non payment by trader

Sanawad (Khargone district Madhya Pradesh): Farmers created a ruckus in the agriculture produce market here on Tuesday as a trader did not make payment to 50 cultivators after purchasing their gram. They asked mandi secretary that money be withdrawn from trader's bank account for payment to farmers. As protest intensified mandi secretary filed a complaint against trader at police station and assured farmers that they will get their money. After the market opened on Monday a large number of farmers reached Mandi office where Akhilesh Patel of Atharva Enterprises refused to give dues.
