Mandsaur farmer’s death: Magisterial probe ordered

INDORE: Mandsaur collector OP Shrivastava has ordered a magisterial probe into the death of Ghanshyam Dhakad , who was declared dead after being picked up by the police during farmers' protest in Dalouda area on June 8. Ironically, he was admitted to MY Hospital in Indore as 'unidentified person'.The magisterial probe conducted by SDM (Mandsaur) Narendra Singh Rajawat, ordered will focus on the conditions prevailing during the death of Dhakad. Dhakad's house was also visited by Congress leaders, who gave his family a check of Rs 50,000 on Thursday. His relatives claimed that he was travelling with three others on a motorcycle when he was picked up from Bhaugarh Phanta Square. Dhakad , 30, a resident of Badwan village, was reportedly taken away in a jeep of Bhaugarh police during a spurt of violence in Dalauda on Thursday..
