Police bust exam cheating gang 4 impersonators held

JAIPUR: The special operation group (SOG) wing of Rajasthan police on Monday arrested four persons involved in helping candidates in cheating by impersonation in the SSC examination. "The accused included Pramod Kumar Yadav (25), a BCA graduate, Vinay Kumar (24) and Avnish Kumar (26) all natives of Bihar. One of the arrested accused took a flight from Patna to New Delhi and took a taxi to reach Jaipur to appear as a proxy candidate for the actual candidate in the SSC exam held on Sunday. "The gang was in touch with hundreds of youths across the state," said an officer. We have also arrested Chetram Meena who was in touch with the kingpin of the gang in Bihar who was involved in taking hefty charges varying from Rs 4 lakh to 6 lakh per candidate..
