The recently created disaster response force is trying to become professionally competent, well equipped and sensitive disaster response force of the country. JAISALMER: The State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) is ready to deal with any adverse situation during monsoon with boats and modern training. With alert of heavy rains in coming days in the state SDRF has been deployed in 21 districts with all equipment and boats. SDRF is ready and fully trained like the NDRF ( National Disaster Response Force ). So far 632 personnel of SDRF have undergone a 45 day long disaster response course conducted by NDRF and 160 men have been trained by Indian Army in "One month training on disaster response"..
