ALWAR: Inspector General of Jaipur Range said on Friday, that the Rakbar Khan incident couldn’t be called lynching , and should be treated as a case of murder and the people responsible for the crime will be brought to justice.IG VK Singh said here on Friday, that in his view, the case could not be termed as lynching.“If my personal view were to be asked on the matter, I would not call it (Rakbar Khan Case) a lynching. It was indeed a murder, but I may not call it lynching. I have some reservations over using the word lynching, but these incidents are unfortunate,” Singh said while on a tour to Alwar , adding that the accused will be brought to book.Singh further said that the police are making efforts to identify and prevent cases of violence by cow vigilantes..
