Earlier in the day, Haifa Memorial was also inaugurated followed by a horse mounted parade by 61 Cavalry in the evening. I am proud to be the Colonel of the Regiment of 61 Cavalry which is the only horse mounted regiment in the world. Present day 61 Cavalry Regiment is the new avatar of amalgamation of the Jodhpur and Mysore Lancers.
