Government asks schools to spread awareness on ‘Momo’ game

JAIPUR: State education department has directed both government and private schools to spread awareness about the dangers of the online game ‘Momo Challenge’ to its students. Several schools may have banned mobile phones but they agree that parents insist them to allow their wards to bring mobile phones to the school. “It inspires teenagers to add unknown contacts on whatsapp by the momo with an image of Japanese Doll called Momo. The advisory issued on October 8 directed schools to organize sessions with students talking about the game which entice the players to engage in self harming dares. Students engaged in any such game or activity they leaves several signs which can be noticed by the parents, classmates etc..
