JAIPUR: The Congress sprang its biggest surprise in Rajasthan assembly polls on Saturday by fielding Manvendra Singh , son of former external affairs minister Jaswant Singh, against chief minister Vasundhara Raje from her constituency, Jhalrapatan , in Jhalawar district The party released its second list of 32 candidates for the state assembly elections scheduled for December 7.
