Jaipur | Saturday | 5th January, 2019

Summary:

“BTP has in-principle supported the separate statehood demand of tribals. Newly elected BTP MLA (Chorasi) Rajkumar Roat told TOI that demand for the separate statehood is growing up fast in the tribal-dominated districts in three states. He said that demand for the separate state is coming from the tribal-dominated districts in Rajasthan—Udaipur, Pratapgarh, Sirohi, Dungarpur and Banswara. Tribals are the real occupants of this land and they were made migrants in other states like in Gujarat," said Roat. They are trying to change our names, culture, food habits and desperately putting us into their Varna System,” said Velaram Ghogara, state head BTP..
