Jaipur: The agitating lawyers on Wednesday organized a protest march and gave a memorandum to the governor to put an end the issue of judicial officers’ appointment under the lawyers’ quota in the additional district judge recruitment. The stir was being spearheaded by the lawyers’ associations on the call of the Bar Council of India (BCI).Anil Kumar Upman, president of Rajasthan High Court Bar Association said that their demands include, chambers for all lawyers at the court premise, e-library, clean toilets, and free internet facility. The lawyers and their families be given pension on retirement.
