Jaisalmer: Pakistani nationals staying in Bikaner have been asked to leave the place within 48 hours as it may cause serious law and order problem after the Pulwama terror attack. Any person of Bikaner district will not use sim card registered in Pakistan. Since, Bikaner is the bordering district to Pakistan , prohibitory orders under CrPC Section 144 have been issued. The Pakistani nationals who are staying or roaming in Bikaner’s revenue border have been asked to leave the place.In the orders, the district administration has clearly mentioned that they have prohibited stay of Pakistani nationals in rest houses, hotels and even in hospitals in Bikaner. As per order, case will be lodged against the person or persons violating this order under section 188 of IPC..
