Government hints at big reforms to revive technical education

JAIPUR: State technical education department has hinted at bringing major reformatory measures to revive the technical education in the state on Wednesday. This is first in the series of meetings with the stakeholders by the department.Subhash Garg, technical education minister, said, “Rajasthan has immense potential to become a hub of technical education in the country. Garg assured the representatives of the different corporate houses to change the face of the technical education, if the required support is given by all the stakeholders. During the meeting, the representatives of most of the government technical institutes were present who uprise the participants with the measures taken by them improving the quality of education. Some corpoartes complain that they are keen and always interested to take students for training and for jobs from Rajasthan Technical University and its affiliated colleges but they fail to find any..
