29 lakh farmers apply for PM scheme in Rajasthan

"Forms of 29 lakh farmers have been received on the state cooperative department's portal. The Rajasthan government had announced to provide a monthly pension of Rs 750 to small farmers up to 75 years of age and Rs 1000 to those above 75.Meanwhile, out of 24 lakh eligible farmers for loan waiver, about 15.5 lakh famers have been issued waiver certificates involving Rs 7,000 crore. Gehlot also reminded Modi that the state government was giving higher pension to the farmers. Of the total, 25 lakh forms have already been sent to the Collectors for verification," said Neeraj K.
