Alwar: The gypsy operators and nature guides at the Sariska Tiger Reserve (STR) announced an indefinite strike on Sunday, after forest staff allegedly manhandled a driver and a nature guide, a day before.The operators have demanded action against the forest staff who allegedly bashed their co-workers. Gypsy operators alleged that the driver and the guide were called to forest office, where they were beaten up by the staff. On Sunday, alternate arrangement of vehicles were made so that tourists who came for sighting do not suffer.”Meanwhile, forest staff has also threatened to boycott work if no action is taken against the gypsy owners.
