A massive surge in the fresh Covid-19 cases has wreaked havoc in Rajasthan.

The highest number of cases are being received in the capital Jaipur, while the patient load in hospitals across the state is at its peak.

In view of such a situation, the Gehlot government has now started to build the largest temporary covid care centre in the state.

For this centre, Collector Antar Singh Nehra, Nodal Officer Gaurav Goyal appointed for Covid Management visited two places in the city.

JECC Center at Sitapura and Radha Swami Satsang Bhawan at Tonk Road, Bilwa and they found the Satsang Bhavan more suitable.

The government is preparing to set up a centre of about 500 beds here and the work will be started here soon.

Given the growing Corona patients and lack of beds in hospitals, it seems more appropriate to build this centre in Bilwa.

The centre is spread over an area of 7 lakh sqft, where a temporary covid care centre can be made by putting 5000 beds.
