Having started competing in athletics from the eighth standard onwards, Mandeep Kaur has participated in several international tournaments. Mandeep won the silver medal in the South Asian Games; bronze medal in the Asian Grand Prix at Thailand; as well as in Vietnam; silver medal in the European Meet at England; and a gold in the Senior National Championship in 4x100 category.
