Jalandhar, October 22Launching a crackdown on illegal colonies in the district, the Jalandhar Development Authority (JDA) on Tuesday demolished five illegal colonies on the outskirts of the city. On the directions of JDA Chief Administrator Jitendra Jorwal, a special team of the civic body razed the illegal colonies in Patara, Raipur Rasoolpur, Jandu Singha, Chugawa and Sangal Sohal villages.
