Jalandhar, December 19The Jalandhar rural police on Tuesday arrested four persons and seized over 300 gm of intoxicant substance, (including heroin) from them. Jatinder Singh, alias Jassi, a resident of ward number 11, Deep Colony, Garhshankar, was nabbed with 20 gm ice (intoxicant substance).
