Dr Gopal Singh Buttar, head, Department of Punjabi, thanked Avtar Singh Sahid and informed about the purpose of the programme for the knowledge of students. In his speech as the chief speaker, Avtar Singh Sahid discussed various facets of the his poetical creation and its numerous archetypes that shaped it on its way.
