BATHINDA: Moga additional district and sessions judge Charanjit Arora on Thursday framed charges against eight persons in the 2016 illegal weapons case. All seven were present in the court as they were brought from different jails.Charges were also framed against the eighth accused Trilok Singh alias Laddi, who is cousin of Jimmy Singh. Jimmy was also named as an accused in the same case and as he could not be arrested, Look Out Circular (LOC) was issued against him. A case was registered under the Arms Act and the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act at Baghapurana police station.Police had then arrested Trilok Singh Laddi — cousin of Jimmy Singh, a resident of Gadhigarh, Jammu, in the case.
