Excelsior CorrespondentJAMMU May 7: Janipur Police arrested two notorious thieves and recovered 7 stolen vehicles and 15 iron plates from their possession. Acting over the complaint a case under FIR Number 51/2021 under Section 379 IPC was registered at Police Station Janipur and investigation started. During the course of investigation a special team from Police Station Janipur led by SHO Inspector Nayat Ali and assisted by PSI Anil Kumar was constituted under the supervision of SDPO West Rahul Nagar. During sustained questioning accused confessed their involvement in the above case and on their disclosure 15 iron plates and 7 stolen vehicles were recovered. Further questioning of the accused is going on to ascertain their involvement in other theft or any other cases..
