JAMSHEDPUR: The district court campus has seen an improvement in its security arrangements, two months after the murder of strongman turned politician Upendra Singh on the court campus.The pressure built by Jamshedpur lawyers on the district police to make adequate security arrangement over the past eight weeks, seems to have worked positively. "SP assured to look into the overnight security at the court campus, especially after 5pm," Tiwary, a senior lawyer, said referring to the outcome of the recent representation to the SP, seeking implementation of the security network. "The JBA has also announced to install a dozen odd CCTVs in the association building. However, he demanded 24x7 security on the campus. "Police security on the campus is visibly streamlined now but the process is slow," said senior functionary of Jamshedpur Bar Association , (JBA), Anil Tiwary on Thursday.He said, two armed security personnel are deployed at each of the three entry gates in the court regularly..
