Rajasthan government transfers nine IAS, 218 RAS officers

JAIPUR: The state government is on a transfer spree before the model code of conduct comes into force. It transferred nine IAS officers and 218 RAS officers in the wee hours on Tuesday.Education, medical and health, local bodies department were among those witnessed widespread transfers at the lower rungs of the administration.Subir Kumar, managing director Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation has been given the additional charge of commissioner Rajasthan Housing Development Corporation.Vineeta Bhora, who has been on awaiting posting order, given posting as managing director of Rajasthan Tribal Area Development Cooperative Society, while Kunju Bihari Pandya, additional commissioner, department inquiry was shifted to managing director Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation in place of H Guite. Guite has been transferred to Rajasthan State Bus Terminal Development Authority.Vandhana Singhvi, registrar of Jai Narayan Vyas University in Jodhpur, has been shifted to HCM RIPA, Jodhpur to the post of additional director (administration).Kushal Yadav and Saurabh Swami, both on awaiting posting order, were given charge of joint chief executive officer state health assurance agency and secretary in the medical and health department and chief executive officer Zilla Parishad, Ganganagar, respectively.Jasmeet Singh Sandhu, SDO of Kotra has been shifted to Beawar, while Artika Shukla who was awaiting posting order has been given the post of SDO Ajmer.Saumya Jha, 2017 batch IAS officer was given posting as assistant collector Bharatpur..
