KANPUR: Police have arrested one Kuldeep alias Ajay of Dasa Newada village for killing a neighbouring girl Shabnam on June 27 afternoon near Rasadhan village under the limits of Shivrajpur police station of the district. Kuldeep, who was armed with a country-made pistol, then entered into a scuffle with Shabnam, later shot one bullet in her chest and quickly left the spot.
