KANPUR: Scores of Bajrang Dal (BD) activists created ruckus in Bhaunti area of Panki in the city on Monday evening following recovery of huge quantity of bones of cattle from a truck on Monday evening.Police said the truck was found parked near Bhaunti. Bones are sold at high prices since they are used in various industries ,” they said preferring anonymity. “Seeing the quantity of carcasses, it seems a good number of cattle must have been slaughtered. A large number of Bajrang Dal activists soon arrived at the spot and took the truck to Panki police station, where they demanded filing of FIR against the culprits.The police pacified the activists saying that samples of the bones will be first sent for laboratory testing by the veterinary department team..
