Kids sexually abused at Janaseva Sisubhavan: Government tells HC

When they told Maveli about the ill-treatment once, they were badly beaten up by the employees later on, as per the report.Statements of the children were recorded by producing them before a magistrate and an FIR has been registered at Kuttipuram police station for the violation of child rights, the report said, while noting that statements recorded by police does not contain information about the offence of unnatural sex committed on the children.A counter affidavit was also filed by Biju Prabhakar, secretary of department of social justice, in response to a petition filed by Maveli challenging government's decision to temporarily take over the Sisubhavan..
