KOCHI: The high court on Monday declined to interfere with a single bench’s decision not to allow CBI probe into the ‘custodial death’ of Sreejith S R of Varapuzha Dismissing the plea on July 9, the single bench had said that the investigation being conducted cannot be termed lopsided or improper.
