KOCHI: Two 15-year-old boys died after they were hit a train while taking a selfie at Perumbilly on Monday afternoon.Ernakulam-bound Kollam Memu train hit Akshay Santhosh, son of Santhosh in Kanjiramattom, and Nithin Babu, son of Babu of Perumbilly, around 3pm when they were taking selfie while standing on the railway track. The train dragged Babu 1.5km away from the accident spot.The bodies were identified after police attended a phone call on Nithin’s mobile. The Ernakulam South police arrested Biju (38), who is her neighbour, on charges of rape.The girl was first taken to Medical Trust Hospital but was later shifted to the general hospital in Ernakulam and Ernakulam Medical Centre. Senthilkumar, who was arrested with the help of Cyber Cell, is wanted in several criminal cases.
