KOCHI: The high court on Wednesday granted interim bail to film director Rosshan Andrrews in a case alleging that he and 16 others attacked a friend as well as family members of film producer Allwyn Antony at Allwyn's house at Panampilly Nagar here.Justice B Sudheendra Kumar allowed interim bail until March 28 and has directed that if Rosshan is arrested, he should be released upon executing a bond for Rs 30,000 with two solvent sureties for the like sum each.The case was registered by Ernakulam Town South police on a complaint filed by Benoy Basheer of Panampilly Nagar alleging that Rosshan, his friend Navas, and 15 others attacked him at Allwyn's house at midnight on March 15.It is alleged by the complainant, who is a family friend of Allwyn, that Rosshan asked the complainant about the whereabouts of Allwyn's son and attacked him when he failed to reply..
