KOLHAPUR: The Congress is planning to launch a state-wide mass contract drive called as 'Parivartan Yatra' from August 31. The yatra will start from western Maharashtra and will cover almost all the districts in the state culminating in Vidarbha "We will start the rally from Kolhapur and after covering the districts from western Maharashtra we will cover other parts of the state," said a senior congress leader.
