The trading activities in all the parts of the city remained shut, except the essential activities as well as the public transport.”The prominent markets including Mahadwar Road, Rajarampuri, Shahupuri, Chappal Lane, Laxmipuri, Gujari, Paan Line and Shivaji Road remained shut to condemn the recent terror attack in Pulwama.The hawkers on all the major roads in the city abstained from occupying the footpaths to support the bandh.At many places, including at Gujari and other market areas, the traders had put up boards stating that they condemn the Pulwama attack and have shut down their businesses to condemn the Pulwama attack and all of them are ready to make sacrifices for the country..
