KOLHAPUR: The economic offences wing (EOW) of Kolhapur police filed a 4,500-page chargesheet against Pune-based builder D S Kulkarni alias DSK , his wife Hemanti and son Shirish Kulkarni, indicting them of "pre-planned conspiracy" to cheat 350 investors in and around Kolhapur to the tune of Rs19.77 crore. "The chargesheet is based on the statements of 350 investors, who collectively invested Rs 19.77 crore in various firms floated by the developer," said R B Shede, investigating officer and deputy superintendent of police, EOW, Kolhapur police, on Tuesday.
