The MIDC has not initiated action to take back the plots.Out of these 407 plots, 91 plots are vacant and till date the MIDC has taken back 29 plots. We have found a total 91 plots vacant in Kolhapur region of which 57 are in Kolhapur district and 34 are in Satara district.
