Delay in obtaining fitness certificate financially hurt lorry owners.The district lorry operators association on Monday submitted a petition to Regional Transport Officer ( RTO ) D T Pawar.Fitness certificate is a prerequisite to drive vehicles on the road. Therefore we have demanded fitness certificate on the same day as the test.
