NABADWIP: A devotee died after being pushed by a monkey from a temple’s roof. The incident occurred at Gour Gopinath temple in Nadia’s Nabadwip on Wednesday morning.Police said victim Saraswati Das (45) of Singur Ghanashyampur in Hooghly had gone to the temple with a relative. She was taken to Nabadwip Hospital where the doctors declared her dead on arrival.Monkeys are a major menace in and around Nabadwip.
