Kolkata: Jibanananda Setu, popularly known as Selimpur bridge, which was closed for vehicular traffic from Friday till Sunday night, will be closed for another day due to non-completion of work within stipulated time. According to police, Jibanananda Setu was supposed to be closed from August 16 night to August 19 morning. Later, it was decided that the work will be done from Friday and will be completed by Sunday night. After getting the information from KMDA, Kolkata Traffic Police has decided to carry on with the closure of Jibanananda Setu.
