Kolkata: After witnessing the success of pay cabin in the SSKM Hospital, the state government is set to introduce similar facility at all the medical colleges across the state and also in the district medical colleges. All the pay cabins will have various modern facilities. Now, the state health department is developing the cabins at other medical colleges. According to sources, the patients who are willing to book a cabin measuring around 300 sqft at any medical college in the city, will have to pay Rs 2,500 per day while in the medical colleges in the districts, the patients have to pay Rs 1,500 a day. If a patient wants to book a cabin measuring more than 300 sqft, he/she has to pay Rs 4,000 per day in case of medical colleges in Kolkata, Rs 1,000 for a cabin at medical colleges in the districts and Rs 700 for the cabins in the district hospitals..
