State condemns Guv s statement on grand Carnival

Kolkata: The state government has taken a strong exception at the statement of Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar that he felt insulted at the Grand Carnival on Red Road last week. He said he had been invited at the Carnival and for four hours but the media did not give him proper coverage.
