Kolkata: Kolkata Police will move upper court with an appeal to cancel the bail of the accused lawyer, Tarit Sikdar, inthe death case of an elderly man in Bhownipore. When Ramesh protested and got down from his car, Sikdar came out of his car and slapped him. He was arrested after a brief interrogation and was produced at the Alipore Court. During the court session, lawyers of Alipore Court stood for Sikdar and stated that Sikdar is not responsible for Ramesh's death.
