Kolkata: The state government will soon unveil the renovated Uttar Para Vagrant Home. "It might be mentioned that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had always focused on development of infrastructure of state-run vagrant homes. "The final date of inauguration of the renovated Uttar Para Vagrant Home is awaited," said Women and Child Development and Social Welfare minister Shashi Panja after inaugurating Bhabaghure and Patha Sishu Mela at College Square on Saturday.
