Kolkata: West Bengal State Handicrafts Fair 2019, popularly known as Hastashilpa Mela, witnessed a surge of footfall on Sunday, a day before its last day. "This time, it (Hastashilpa Mela) has been organised near gate number 1 of Eco Park and the fair is going to continue till tomorrow (December 23). The mela is primarily organised to give a platform to various artisans across Bengal. It is for the first time we have set up the stall at the mela. The sale of honey in our stall has increased by 10 percent," said Asit Barman of West Bengal Bee-Keepers' Association stall..
