Kolkata: The West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission (WBCERC) in an interim order on Wednesday imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on the Institute of Neurosciences Kolkata (INK) after the commission found some negligence in the treatment of an 81-year-old man.
