Six People have been arrested and others are under search, said the investigating police.
The incident happened when the woman returned to her husband`s home after six months.
A kangaroo court was convened and an order was passed to strip her as a form of punishment.
In the Video the lady is heard saying, "Mariya na kitna mariyega (beat me as much as you can)".
The incident took place in Kumargram assembly constituency of Alipurduar district where a woman was stripped naked and taken to the streets.
The police have not arrested any miscreant so far.
