31 new COVID-19 cases in Bengal

Summary:

Kolkata, May 22 (PTI) West Bengal on Monday recorded 31 new cases of COVID-19, which raised the tally to 20,19,124, a state health department bulletin said.

The toll remained unchanged at 21,203 as no new death due to the disease was reported.

During the day, 32 people recuperated from the infection, taking the total number of recoveries to 19,97,544.

Bengal currently has 377 active cases, As many as 25,243,472 samples have been tested in the state thus far, including 5,555 since Sunday, the bulletin added.
