On being interrogated, Prabhakar confessed to staging the loot and disclosed that he had emptied the bag in the washroom at the office and hid the cash there before throwing the empty bag. The accused was identified as Varun Prabhakar of Khandari Bazaar locality in Kaiserbagh.He was asked to deposit the cash in ICICI Bank branch near DRM office in Hazrataganj around 1pm on Thursday..
