KGMU inks pact with Dev Sanskriti varsity

LUCKNOW: King George's Medical University ( KGMU ) and Haridwar-based Dev Sanskriti University on Sunday signed an 11-point MOU facilitating joint research, teaching and training joint seminars between the two educational institutions.The MOU was signed on the closing ceremony of the two day NMOCON 2018-19 held by National Medicos Organisation (NMO) as its 40th national convention.Speaking on the day, pro-chancellor of the Dev Sanskriti University, Dr Chinmay Pandya spoke about the importance of Yajnas for maintaining a balance in the environment.He said, "The elements of a Yajna, such as wood, oil and fire, help in purification of the environment, which is important for upkeep of its balance..
